Prenatal
consultation
A gentle space to prepare, ask questions, and feel more grounded before your baby arrives.

Therapeutic
breast massage
Care for your body, not just the feeding plan.
Gentle, evidence-based treatment for breast inflammation. You may be referred by you healthcare provider, or self-schedule for breast massage and lymphatic drainage. This treatment promotes comfort, milk flow, reduces breast inflammation, swelling, discomfort and pain. The service follows current clinical recommendations from the Academy of Breast-Feeding Medicine and is designed to support comfort and healing for common lactation challenges related to breast inflammation and lymphatic congestion (often described by families as engorgement, plugged ducts, or painful lumps). Evidence based practice massage, lymphatic drainage and therapeutic ice are used, always individualized, with curated and practical guidance you can use at home to support ongoing breast comfort, milk flow and breast health.
Complex feeding
& Nicu Support
Experienced, specialized care for babies who need a little more support.
For families navigating premature birth, NICU stays, or more complex feeding challenges, care is approached with an added level of attention, skill, and understanding. Drawing from years of NICU, neonatal transport, and high-risk maternal–infant care, I support both the medical and emotional layers of this experience.
This may include support with oral restrictions such as tongue tie, slow weight gain, triple feeding, feeding transitions, reflux or GI concerns, and coordination with your care team when needed.
These visits are gentle, thorough, and individualized, creating space for both you and your baby to move forward with greater ease and confidence.
Infant
massage
A quiet, connected way to support your baby’s comfort and well-being.
Support your baby’s comfort, enhance gentle movement, and overall physical ease with intentional, evidence-based infant massage, led by Julie, Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Sessions help parents learn techniques that promote relaxation and comfort- Encourage gentle, natural movement, which often improves infant feedings, improves symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort, releases tightness and tension from birth, regulates the nervous system, and creates nurturing, meaningful moments between parent and baby (sessions are paced to your baby’s cues, giving you confidence to use massage at home as part of everyday care).
May add 1-3 baby-parent duos for a small, connected, baby spa experience for close friends (Contact for additional information)
Many insurance plans include lactation support under the Affordable Care Act.
After your visit, you’ll receive a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies, so it’s helpful to check with your provider ahead of time.

Common Questions
to help you feel understood
-
Under the affordable care act (ACA), health insurance companies must provide breast feeding support, education, counseling, and equipment to prenatal and postpartum patients. A superbill will be provided after appointments and is an itemized document that contains all the information your insurance company needs to process a claim. You can submit this document directly to your health insurance provider for reimbursement (depending on your individual health plans). A superbill allows you to access specialized care while using your insurance benefits, even if your provider is out-of-network.
-Recommended- Check with your individualized insurance prior to service to understand specifics of your insurance providers reimbursement

An IBCLC is an internationally board-certified lactation consultant — the gold standard credential in lactation care. IBCLCs complete rigorous clinical training, pass a comprehensive board examination, and maintain certification through ongoing education. Julie holds her IBCLC alongside her Master's in Nursing, bringing both advanced clinical expertise and decades of hands-on bedside experience to every family she works with.
